Doing Homemade chilie we like our spice ..
started it at 9 am little late but it will work ..

grilled steak, fried cabbage and baked Yukon Gold potatoes.

Pork chops with fried apples ‘n’ onions, and probably just a salad. I really want a big baked tater, but I blew my kidney diet out of the water yesterday and I have labs later this week. So I’ll be good. No taters. <sigh>

Had a grilled cheese deluxe and French fries at the Vincentown diner on the way home.

Tonight we will have stuffed peppers, potato pancakes and green beans. We are out of lettuce and salad mix.
