Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Doing a baked loin roast, tator tots and carrots.
Came across a tater tot casserole thing recipe I want to try. Was gonna yesterday but when I defrosted the plasric that the ground meat was in had a slit like a razor knife got it. Opened my fridge and watery bloody ground meat juice was all overthe shelf. OH well I'll cook it this weekend
