Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Okay lets see all beef dogs, tator tots and green beans last night.
Vertigo reared its ugly head day before.
Fish and chips probably peas.

I did my tater tot casserole but added a twist. I call it twice baked tater tot casserole

Did the regular recipe of
Brown 1lb ground meat
Drain then add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Added 1/2 pack of taco seasoning (my addition)
Lined bottom of casserole dish with that
Then layered canned Chile
Then layered shredded cheese
Then topped with frozen tater tots
Baked Then let rest
Now my twist:
Got a bread baking pan and did 2 layers in the pan then pressed together then rebaked came out pretty darn good

Letting bread stale today to make a nice sized bread pudding later with vanilla glaze

So use a casserole or a bread pan?

Both
Cook as you would a casserole 9x13 let rest to thicker up a lil, then stack that into the bread pan 2 layers high. Kinda looks like a meatloaf when done.

Breads almost ready. Thinking about adding a can of fruit cocktail
