Beef, Bean, Barley and Kale soup.

It's hard to think about dinner right now. We just lost our little Penny Girl who has been struggling since just before Christmas. She's part of my original flock of three that we got as chicks in March 2006. So sad.

I found a recipe for Corn Dog Casserole this morning. My DS and DH love corn dogs so I am going to try that for supper tonight. It sounds pretty easy. It calls for corn bread muffin mix. I have cornmeal so I should be able to mix up the dry ingredients from the cornbread recipe on the box and use that, right?

It's B4D tonight, as usual. I'm not sure what I'm going to make. I'm looking for inspiration, I think.

My two girls aren't laying yet after their molt and I'm getting tired of the store eggs.
