Last night was fried ham and eggs, biscuits. Tonight is chicken gumbo and cornbread!!

I have some leftover beans from the soup I made the other day, so I'm going to make a marinated bean, corn, onion, tomato, cilantro type thing to put over lettuce, a la Taco Salad. Easy and quick and it uses up the leftovers.

I am 2 days behind on B4D! However that is the plan tonight. We are having Farmer's Strata. I think all we will have with it will be grapes. Have a great day everyone!
