Hey I'm from NC!

On August 21st, I dived headfirst into the chicken community, and purchased 4 Barred Plymouth Rock babies!

I really wanted to show them and my converted dog-house coop with you guys! Along with my 4 new additions, I have 6 dogs!

I want to tell you guys hello and that I hope to learn a lot from you!

Go to 'Uploads' in the blue title bar above. Click on 'Browse' and a gallery of your pictures will come up. Double click the one you want and then click 'submit'. Once it loads, highlight the bottom (second) line under the photo and right click to 'copy' and then 'paste' it on your post. That's it

Thanks for the help! Ok first I will post my coop and its evolution to its permanent location.

This is the dog house that it started as, when we first brought it home from the Leonard buildings place.

These are after putting in a cleaning door, a chicken door, and the nesting boxes.

And this is where the coop is now, inside of our "Chicken Kennel". We had to remove a wall to get it in there.

And these are my chickies, all Barred Rocks, on August 30th. They were almost 2 weeks old at this point.
