HEY NC is it still raining where your at?

I can't stand it! All of my coops are predator proof but not fully rain proof. It can handle a days worth of rain but this nonstop stuff isn't what they were made for. My grow out coop is the worst I had to bring the chicks back in to the brooder. The batam coop is wet in nest boxes and half of the floor and my standard coop's out door feeders are wet so now I am feeding them inside which is a pain i nthe butt.

I hate the rain. I didn't mind the drought as long as I had my well water.

It is pouring here, I'm sick of it, I hate to see our run in the morning it will take a week to dry out.

I made mine stay up today and they are not happy campers. Glad we will be having some sunshine tomorrow. I did the rain dance and I think I over did it.

it's nearly 1:00 AM and it's pouring down again!!!

3 days of rain and we are still well below normal. I'll take it if it means we don't get snow this winter. I'm concerned the Mother Nature will correct our drought that way!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I'm in WV, are spring went dry as well as the river. We've been getting rain for about 4 days now. Yes we need the rain but I'm with you, not all at once! I have silkies too and so does my sister, and they just hate a coop! Will stand out in the rain all day. But they said enough is enough, and went in last night. The moon is shining now. So hopefully thats the end for awhile.
