I've been meaning to get to that. Thanks for the reminder. I have the camera charging right now. I need to sell some of my extra birds as we speak and will be taking pics soon. I could photograph some of my keepers as well and post pics. The are feathered out enough to sort of see the spots on the tips already.

Well, both my adult mille hens are broody and on eggs. I have 25 in the bator as well and wasn't sure they were fertile... just candled and they are so now I have to figure out where Im going to grow them out!!

I had my big mottled boy from Jamie in there the last week so I hope I get a few fluffy ones to cross back.

I really envy y'all with the room and coop space.

Birth announcement!

My little 1st time broody pullet has determinedly brought forth *8* babies!. All but one were born Friday and then "johnny come lately" on Sunday. Mama was a little perplexed by that last one, as the others were already so active and she wanted badly to leave the nest, but he made it.

As far as colors go, 2 are yellow/buff, one has very defined chipmunk markings, 3 are buffish with red down the back and soft chipmunk remnant-looking markings on head and eyes, and 2 are blue/grey with reddish heads.
