You are absolutely right!!! I did order eggs from you "after" I had purchased my MFC roo because (like most of us) was impatient to wait for the Buff Columbians to start laying.
Unfortunately, however, I had NO eggs hatch from my purchase from you.
I purchased from you late Jan 08. My Buff Columbians started laying early Feb. 08 so I didn't attempt to order hatching eggs again. All my chicks came from the same cross. Nothing has been introduced from the outside.
I hesitate to think that there might be a battle going on as to "who has what from where"? The bottom line here is to create the best MFC we can ...not "who" gets there first. I'm just pleased to have met so many people who are as devoted as I am to this color. I so enjoy seeing everyone's progress & the hints & tips I have gleaned from this thread are invaluable.
i dont want people to say their birds came from me most people are new to breeding millis if they make the wrong cross and get a bunch of crap birds then who gets blamed?? i would thats who nobody including myself is nowhere near having things right with the milli cochin everyone wants the roosters to to have a dark red RIR color and they are happy with the hens just having some milli pattern you all need to look at the d'uccles and the oeg millis and you will see what i am talking about i guess this is it here for me this sounds like this is going to turn into a bad mouth party about other peoples birds this always happens no matter what it is it when you get afew people working on somthing things go smooth when you get alot of people egos kick in and and people get mad or jealous to bad it had to happen here just remember this you know of how many people working on millis when i started are still doing it ZERO JUST ME 5 yrs from now 90% of the people here wont have them does anyone know how the hell you cancleyour account here
