Eell lsst yr we hsd a ice storm n no electric for 2 days had to lught cab ndles n bring in thr grill to keep us n the baby warm. Hope it doesnt happen again. Im from the north NY n NJ never hhad that there?? Since living here had alot of really cold days but thankfuly didnt have to shovel lol but i dont know hoe the hens will do got most of the shed covered with tarp n fencing on 3 side, been trying to cover n wire the 3rd wall. Then have to make a big gate for the front n try to cover the top part of the gate, thats when i get to it.
