Hey ya'll I'm back!

The reason this really gets people is that these events are typically considered 100 year events. It really is not normal for this to be happening to you.

I visited Arizona in the spring when they had a 100 year event in back to back years as the Salt River (normally dry) flooded both years.
I wish these, whoever, would have prepared a little better.
 
I was wondering how you were doing with the cold @Kiki ! I had to lower my USA flag just now, and we have so much snow, it's almost touching the ground at half staff! Normal winter for us
This has been a horrible few days for us.
Worse than our normal hurricane stuff that we can prepare for. We had no idea we were going to continually be without power for god knows how long each time.

Being cold sucks for us used to being hot all the time.

Are you still out of power? We would be ok if we had no power, we heat our home with a wood burner and have gas appliances and a back up generator

I was out for 31 hours and my power is back on now but I am expecting to lose power again any minute.
