Need Some Help With Leghorn - Cindy

2 Months Ago Thought She Was Eggbound-
Did Sitz Bathz For Couple Days- No Luck W/ Egg
Finally Took Her To Vet

Vet Did Xrays & Saw No Egg
The Drained About A Liter Of Fluid From Abdomen.
Did Bloodwork To See What Issues Were
Only Answer Given - Was Possible Genetic Heart Problem- No Help

She Is Starting To Show Signs Again Of Fluid Retention
Is There A Natural Diaretic Or Medication That Can Be Given?

Any Suggestions Will Help Us In Cola, Sc
