HHD incubator humidity sensor trouble

I'm following along. I have never used one of these incubators. My first hatches were with an LG (Little Giant) I have come to the conclusion if you can hatch in one of those you can hatch in most anything. Curious as to what others think. Good luck and have fun...
and that is the truth especially older model :)

Anyone know how to shut off the humidity alarm on a HHD 32 incubator. Macine worked awesome but when I started a new batch the humidity keeps going down to 25 and alarm goes off. I filled wells and added several sponges so I know humidity is high not low. Tried resetting to 1 but still goes off at 25. Any help much appreciated, Ted.
No you please tell me please.

Hello all. I have a Hhd 32 incubator. Ran great for 3 hatches. Now I can't keep the humidity up even with tape on all seems. Alarm stays on constantly. However when I open the top cover it's clearly close to 100% humidity inside.
FIX- HOLD THE SET BUTTON. SELECT A5 AND CHANGE THE VALUE TO 1. THIS APPEARS TO BE THE HUMIDITY ALARM SETTING! GOOD LUCK

Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds until AL has appeared. Press + until you see A5, press SET again and then - until it is at 1, press SET again. Your alarm should not go off anymore.

I’m commenting to follow along with any replies. I’m preparing for my first hatch ever and my husband bought me the HHD 48 and it’s giving me a heck of a time. The humidity is the worst part. I can’t keep it steady. I’ve been trialing it all day and playing around. If I can’t keep it consistent without needing to add water frequently then back it’s going to go. Good luck!
I have found that you can wrap it in heavy bath towel and it makes a big difference in the humidity

Problem on my machine the alarm setting cant go lowerthan 30 so its still going off and driving me mad 😵‍💫

Does anyone know where I can get (or download) a manual for the HHD32? And mine is running 10 degrees celsius colder than the display says it is. I've never used an incubator before and really don't know what I'm doing!
