I'm afraid I'm not convinced.
I can see no male saddling, but my gut says boy.

Could you get some clear close up photos of the back?

I have attached a photo showing its back a bit better. My gut says boy too but no crowing yet and I'm not sure if saddling should be prominent by now either

Looks younger than 16 weeks, and is a low quality male.
