Like everyone says. A bit young but looking like a female (pullet)

i agree i raise birds and that one looks a bit cold, and it needs to be under a heat lamp at that age or at least inside where is warm but preferable under a heat lamp or heater

It's fully feathered. It doesn't need supplemental heat anymore.
