Welcome, I hope the chicks get better.Thank you soo much for your comment.
Well, I had 7 babies, one died over night randomly and I have 2 very sick babies. It's like ones legs aren't working and the other one is just really wonky on its legs. Both interested in food (have been making fresh egg and biscuit daily) and I have started putting avi-vital into their water. Poos were looking really bad but since I've started on the extra things it has slightly improved. I'm pretty sure they were eating sand.... Im beside myself! Also, I had one of my red hens lay a lash egg into my lap this morning and she's not okay at allI have no car today as it's in for a service. ;( Any help/advice would be much appreciated

What is corid? I haven't had a car all day. I'll go find some fish mox tomorrow. Thank you so much!Do you have Corid? I would treat all for coccidiosis. Your lash egg chicken needs amoxicillin
Thank you so much. I'll make some for them soon. Got dinner happening at the moment for my family.Welcome, I hope the chicks get better.
I always give wet chick crumble from the start. And water with electrolytes for chicks when I have a poor looking chick.
Homemade Electrolyte Recipe for Chicks:
- 1 cup warm water.
- 2 teaspoons molasses OR 2 teaspoons granulated sugar.
- 1/8 teaspoon salt.
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda.
