After months of research, including stalking this site, I got my first flock of 4 day old chicks in April. An EE, GL Wyandotte, Light Brahma and Black Australorp.

I found BYC vis Pinterest several months ago. It was time to finally join.

I am an avid deep sea fisher woman and I love to cook. In fact I’m getting ready to tackle Julia Child’s recipe for boeuf bourguignon.

I live with my hubby in Fallbrook, CA which is in San Diego County. No kids, just our dog and 4 chickens.
