Hi everybody. I often read the forum but have never got round to actually joining!

I am from the UK and keep a number of different breeds including:

Coturnix (platinum, cinnamon, Texas, Japanese and silver)
Chinese Painted
Snowflake Bobwhite
Gambel
Californian
Mountain

It is an obsession and I have recently started a BLOG. Let me know what you think.

Well.....I hope to join in now rather than just reading!!!

I found this site when I was considering keeping urban chickens. Now I am unsure about the chickens but have added rabbits, ducks, and quail to my list and possibly pigeons. This site has all things poultry and some things not (rabbits). If your into farm animals non poultry there is also a sister site backyard herds!

As far as your intro goes... WOW, I didn't even know about some of those types. I have only heard of Texas A&M, Bobs, and Pharaohs aka Coturnix.
