My african grey started having avery itchy spot on he's chest he keeps plucking feather out its like a yellow scaly skin and a thick buildup of something yellow well i took him showers and the layer of think yellow goo came off but now he just keeps plucking and itching on that spot he flaps he's feathers and he always biting that spot i noticed more spots
