New member here! I have 6 EE chickens - 4 hens and 2 roosters - all about 9 months old. I first found your community when I looked up "Do chickens like to snuggle?" Glad I'm not the only one! My two cockerels like to sit in my lap and hide their heads under my arms. My grey hen likes to do the same, my white hen likes to sit on my lap or shoulder but won't tolerate being touched, one of my black hens likes to sit in my lap and be pet, and the other black hen likes to sit under my chair but won't sit in my lap or allow me to touch her besides hand-feeding. Coincidentally, they were all incubator babies, and their levels of friendliness coincide with the order in which they hatched. So maybe the ones who hatched first developed an attachment to me in lieu of other chickens! Anyways, I know this was meant to be an introduction, so now the community knows exactly what level of crazy chicken-lady I am, haha.
