Welcome to BYC! 20 weeks is sometimes still a little early for some birds, you may have a few more weeks to wait. They usually will lay through the winter their first year and it won’t prevent them from starting either.

I too am still waiting on eggs from one of my youngest birds (About 9 months old now!).
