We don't see any other wounds. When he first came to us one of his eyes was swollen and he could not open it. We got some Vet RX and put it in his water. That seemed to help. We took him to the vet, although not an expert on chickens, gave him some wormer and anti-biotic. Mixen must have been used to being handled and is very sweet.

@Joyce1234, how did Mixen do last night? Is he feeling any better? Were you able to get some Poultry Nutri-drench and electrolytes for him and start him on some very wet mash to hydrate him?
