Hi my new peeps! I've been lurking around here for a while, but since my hen application finally came in the mail today I thought it was about time to join! Assuming that everything works out with getting the permit, I'll have my chickies in mid-June. I'm planning on getting two Easter Eggers and one Salmon Faverolles - do you guys think they're good choices to start out with? I've never had chickens before, so I'll take all the advice I can get.
