Hi everyone...I am just joining the forum. I have been hoping to get some chickens, but my husband said no way. Well I guess recently he was talking to a friend about their chickens and now he's all for it. I am hoping to get silkies, and will be picking up an old playhouse in the next couple of days to make a coop with. I am really excited, I've been bugging him for about a year since I saw silkies for the first time, I'm glad he's finally come around
I hope we can get set up and get a few chicks in the next few weeks. I am amazed by all the info on this forum - it's overwhelming but I am slowly picking thru it!
