Hello! My name is Shari and my husband and I just started our first flock in April of this year. We currently have 8 hens - a barnyard mix, production RIR, SLW, 2 BO's, a black sumatra/americauna mix and 2 americauna mixes. I have 3 more that will be here in Sept (my birthday chickens!) - a blue Isbar, a Welsummer and a Crested Cream Legbar.

I never imagined myself having chickens or enjoying them like I do, but here I am! We decided to get them for eggs and I LOVE seeing who's left me a gift everyday.
