Hi!
I'm a new member and would be interested in "meeting" others from the Pacific Northwest. I have both chickens and ducks, primarily bantam breeds of both.

I am particularly interested in getting some diversity in my Australian Spotted Ducks, so hope to hear from Aussie owners.
I'm also interested in learning which types of tabletop incubators are most reliable.

(BTW to the lady I PM'ed this weekend, I'm not able to reply due to the message limitations. Will respond as soon as I'm able.)

Thanks Much!

I am in Washington (Eastside) and I have Australian Spotted ducklings that are a day old with more ready to hatch in the incubator this weekend. I also have five hens sitting on nests. I am also trying to get diversity in my flock. My hens are related to each other but my drakes are unrelated to my hens and to each other. I had three drakes contribute to the gene pool on the first clutches that went in the incubator but I sold a trio so I am down to two drakes now (I can breed two lines and create breeding pairs that way). Send me a PM if you are interested in getting some ducklings. I am interested in trading eggs or ducklings with local breeders. I don't trust having eggs or ducks shipped.

When I said "Eastside" I was referring to the Seattle area Eastside and not the east side of the state. When I lived in Central Washington the term "Eastside" confused me so I understand how I confused other people by using this term. I just wanted to clarify here that I am closer to Seattle than to Spokane.
