Hi everyone! Thanks for adding me! I’ve had chickens for about 8 yrs now and over the past 2 years I’ve introduced turkeys and ducks to our flock! I’m actually hatching baby ducks out of the incubator and we are on day 27 I’m so stinking excited! I’ve done chickens a few times but never ducks ... we have wobbly eggs but no peeping that I can hear yet!... any advice on hatching ducklings would be great!!

Hi, and welcome to BYC. :)
Nice to have you here!
There are loads of topics in the forums which can offer advice for ducks, as well as many experienced owners on the site.

My advice is to make sure that the humidity is correct whilst they hatch and to be patient! It can take a while for the duckling to get out of its shell but during this time they are very fragile. It's an exhausting process for them, so just check on them to make sure they're alright. It can take up to 24 hours for them to hatch.

Here's another helpful website in case you want to read up a bit more.

Thankyou!! I’ve got the temp at 98.6 and the humidity at 70% from the research I’ve done that’s what most say, I keep hovering over them but I haven’t opened the incubator .. trying to be patient lol I’ll make sure and look at that link, I’ve helped a couple chickens out of the shell in dier situations but kinda nervous if it comes to that with the ducks
