We have around 40 chickens now, we've had our chickens for 8 years, started out getting my daughter 10 for her 10th birthday. We kept the best breeders and layers selling the rest. Then the barn burned down last year and we were down to 12 survivors. Chicken math and poof back up to where we were before in one summer. My crazy broody hen's
