It's a pity you are so far away Emmie.. There are no decent (really none at all) fishie places here.
I have to get my freshie things online and have them shipped. Like the worms. I had promises of worm helpers before I paid money for the things, yet there I was, squishing and squeezing wormie, bacteria laden, oatmeal goop out of little plastic bags. I got some on my fingers. I was sure I could feel the beasts worming their way across my skin.

I do what I can to make others feel better.

So, went to the doctor today...He basically told me I work too much and I needed to take it slow.

I've got one of my employee's doing my job right now, and he just came by to pick up a book from me and get the bad news that he has to keep doing my job. I've never seen someone go from happy to depressed so quickly.

I miss me. I'm not used to sitting around on my butt all day. My employee is having a hard time of it though because instead of just maintaining aquariums all day he's answering phones, answering emails, making orders....Basically everything I did. I miss it.

It does cheer me up to know he's HATING it though. Makes me feel needed at least.

The week before last he read my list wrong and ordered a parakeet.

I so wish I could have seen his face when he opened that box....
