Hi Everyone I and delighted to be here I have 3 ducks 1 silver Appleyard 1 mixed breed I think and 1 Chiltern Duck and since yesterday I also have 3 Brahmas 2 girls and a boy. I thought I was getting LightBrahmas but today via phone the Breeder informs me that they are White Brahmas and the white Bramha cockerel has a little black round his neck and tail feathers can anyone confirm this for me please as I don't know about white Brahmas just that they do exist in white but I know nothing of the cockerels colors Thank you. Really nice to be here :)

Glad you could join the flock! Sorry but I too don't know anything about brahmas either, a lovely bird though and congrats on your new ones. I'm sure with the great link TwoCrows has left for you, you will get the answers to your question.

Brahmas are beautiful birds but, I wasn't aware they came in plain white. Good reason to head for the Brahma thread. Welcome to the Backyard Chickens flock, hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Congratulations on your new chickens! I've never heard of White Brahmas (only Light Brahmas), but I'm sure they're pretty birds!
 
Thank you all for your welcome. Im still trying to figure out how to post but I seem to only get a box to post in on certain threads and not in others. Im on a mobile so Perhaps when I go on the computer tomorrow I will figure it out better
