Yes that is what I think but I give them corrid hoping I can catch it before it does damage and kills them

They would be fine and next thing you know I would wake up and one would be dead...My first thought was possibly the brooder is too warm. Can you drill some air holes in the sides? However, if the source of the chicks are also having illness, could just be that... illness. You haven't noticed any symptoms? Just sudden death?
