Hi! I am from Oregon and live on a hobby farm that includes different breeds of chickens including; Buff and Blue Orphingtons, Partridge Cochin, Black Copper Maran, Easter Egger, Blue Laced Red Wyondotte, Black Australorp, Green Queen, Salmon Faverolle, and one Black Bantam Silkie. We have a stationary coop with fairly large yard and a mobile chicken coop that is a new purchase and well, wasn't the best of purchases for a variety of reasons...live and learn, but we're making it work.
We also have a Nigerian goat, Nubian goat and two mini donkeys. An English Cream Retriever and a French Bulldog. The animals, gardening and quilting are favorite past times. Always looking for great resources for purchasing chickens and find that sharing ideas and resources super helpful.
