Hi im new and lost

Not sure im in the right place .
My problem is i was given a 24 automatic incubator but no instruction booklet
The temperature was pre set.
my eggs are at day 20 with one starting to pip
I do not know how to reduce the temperature and can only get the humidity to 50 %
This is my incubator can anyone help or point me into a direction

I dont know anything about your incubator, but since no one has answered u yet, want to offer this. Google the brand name of your incubator, along with "user manual". Hopefully the user manual for your specific incubator will show up online. If not, an alternative is "(your incubator brand) how to use." Hoping u find the help u need and have a sucessful hatch.

You can try buying a hygrometer and calibrate it. There’s a chance that your humidity may be higher than the incubator is saying.

I had a still air incubator that humidity never read above 50%. Turned out after buying a hygrometer, it was almost 90% humidity :/ Made for a rough first hatch. 9+ hatches now and can say that having another hygrometer and thermometer is a necessity. Make sure they’re calibrated. You can’t trust the incubators completely, unfortunately.

I finally acquired a copy if the manual.
In the mean time have hatched five chicks next time hopefully will be more
