Hi I'm new, I've never owned chickens before but I hope to get some(not sure how many I should get?!?!) this spring or summer. I live, breathe, ride horses and own two german shepherds. I also LOVE to garden and compost. We moved to a place that has a big barn in the back, some woods, a big field and a beutiful garden with a great fence from the old owners that I am started to use. I have been researching chickens for a while but I have A LOT of questions! Ok well have a good evening!

Gosh, you sound just like me when I started wanting chickens! Just read read read and you'll learn everything you need to know. Chickens are surprisingly easy to raise.
