Hiya I am Taylor lol I am a BYC chat addict
right now I have about 30 adult chickens, and about 80ish chicks.
Buff Orps, Gold Comets, Black Sex-Link, Bragg's Mountian Buff, RIRs, OEGB, SG, and probably some other stuff running around lol I also breed Holland Lop, New Zealand White, and some other breeds of rabbits and have like 40ish pigeons, 5 dogs, 4 or 5 cats, 2 sisters, and a partridge in a pear tree!!

Hi I'm Val and have only been addicted to BYC since I joined. I currently only have 12 chickens because the zoning laws say I can have 6. Right now I have a White Rock, NH Red, Cooko Marins, Welsummer, and red and black Sex Links!! And occasioally you will find me in chat, like most every night!!

Aven here and I'm NOT addicted! I just come here a lot... Okay, so maybe it's an everyday thing lately, but I can stop whenever I want, I swear!

My current chicken number is 58.

I started with 26 silkies last november and then I sold 10 of them because they were roosters. Then I got 2 banties from a friend. Then same friend agreed to split a hatch in my bator if she supplied the eggs... BOOM! 13 banties hatched... Did I meantion I bought 4 chicks at the feed store after the hatch?
Okay, so then there was an empty bator and I bought eggs from BYC... BOOM another 22 chicks !
16 silkies + 2 banties + 13 banties + 4 chickies + 22 chickies... Oh and I got a turken from my friend at work...
58 chickens...

That's not an addiction, it's a hobby... RIGHT?

I'm an addict.
I live in a neighborhood. I'm not supposed to have too many...

But I have 1 EE, 1 BO, 2 Australorps, 2 BR, 1 Brahma, 1 mix...
and....
11 Polish babies....
and....
62 eggs in the incubator.

I'm in trouble. Is there any hope?

And of course, if I'm not with my feathered friends, I'm here on BYC looking for more chick related things....

I am pretty new here but I am starting to like BYC.

I currently have 3 Buff Orphingtons and 1 White Orphington. With 1 more Buff Orphington and 2 more White Orphingtons coming in any day now.

My one Buff Orphington just hatched chicks!
