HI! NEW MEMBER HERE

I joined because I live in a residential community in SW Ohio and we are in the process of trying to get our City council to approve BYC farming. We have provided petition via survey on the city website but council has "shelved" voting until we provide additional research regarding legal approaches used by other cities. Also wanting more research on pros & cons to changing the zoning laws. I would love some feedback from those of you who can speak to this as well as those who may have experience with the process.

Go to "where am I, where are you," in the social forum to locate and post on your state thread. You can ask if anyone will lend support for this chicken endeavor. Maybe you could also put up notices at feed stores etc. to make chicken people aware of what you hope will be accomplished. Good luck to you.
