I am a new member and new chicken mom? I recently acquired 9 chicks for my birthday, and yes they are what I asked for and the hubs got it right! 5 for my 5 kids and 4 for myself-although 1 has claimed my husband but he will deny it to his grave! I look forward to advice, chats on chicks, and hopefully some laughs. So far its been some trial and error at my house, even with researching, but I started with 9 and 2 weeks later still have the same 9. so feel pretty good about that!
