Hi! New member from Western MA. I’ve been a long time “lurker” benefiting from all the incredible knowledge in this community. This is always my first stop when I have a chicken question. I have 6 years experience working with chickens in a small farm setting and about 4 years with a backyard flock. We have a mixed flock of 11 at the moment, which includes two silkies. I was finally motivated to join because we let our broody silkies hatch some chicks for the first time and they motivated me to participate more deeply!
