Just thought we would introduce ourselves and say Hello! We are in Northern Michigan and with the COVID 19 going on I decided to give my 9 year old daughter something to focus on. With no school and not being able to spend time with friends I got her involved in the life of a chicken and she ran with it. She has researched and asked for 2 breeds to raise. We purchased 4 Buff Orpington and 4 Black Australop from Purley Poultry and we picked them up at the post office 2 weeks ago! This has been an amazing journey for her and I so far and we love them so much. She also researched the Coops and had one made and delivered, now we wait for them to become old enough to live in their new home away from home!!
