Hi there I'm in nz and I've had hatch a bald easter egger , it's siblings aren't bald and it has a sort of fuzz covering it , no silkie in bloodline so I just don't know why this has happened, currently getting a crochet jumper made for it

Interesting, I've never seen that before, maybe a frizzle? We absolutely have to see pictures of it in the little jumper when it's finished🥰
Frizzles look like normal chicks until they feather out.
It’s a Frazzle. Unfortunately they are not only prone to baldness, but their feathers easily break and can be painful for them.
Even the frazzles I've raised have had more down than this, honestly.

if this is true (I have no knowledge of frazzles or frizzles, only of feathers) then handling it, especially dressing it up in jumpers, will do a lot of damage and hurt the bird. Leave it alone.
It was true in my experience with the hen I kept. Her name was actually crispy because that was how her feathers felt. Handling her was fine if you were gentle, but brushing against things and trying to roost did leave her pretty bare. Most of her feathers also just didn't grow in fully.
