Hi I'm looking for someone that can point me in the right direction here in the high desert. I've been looking for some pullets and I don't know where to look... I'm looking for silkies orpingtons austrslorps red stars basically any hearty good laying well tempered hens. Thank you

Have you checked all your local feed stores? Most of them are done with the chick days, but some of the smaller ones may still be carrying chicks.

You can also stop by your state thread to chat with your chicken neighbors. Maybe someone has some birds or knows where you can get these breeds...
