For the number of birds you have, I suggest converting a shed into a coop.

Just use 1/4" HC to seal up any gaps a snake could get through. I used a 2-foot wide 1/2" hardware cloth apron all the way around my shed to coop conversion to keep out digging predators and rodent. You really want to think about what it will be like cleaning such a large elevated coop. You want to be able to walk in it.
