probably the black Australorp as they are what a lot of people seem to use in oz. they are good egg producers and meat bird. Yes i am an omnivore. :hitit aint easy. but I want to give my birds the best life i can.

That is a good choice of breed, and yes, I understand. Personally I don't use my hens for meat... But it is a good way for you to put food on your table. :)
