(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I have had chickens about 3 years now!

(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I currently have 8 hens and 1 rooster. I will be getting new baby chicks (about 21 total) come the end of June and July. I have never raised baby chicks on my one, so that will be a first for me; however, I have had a few eggs hatch and the hen took care of the babies.

(3) What breeds do you have?
I have plymouth rocks, rhode island reds, bantams, easter egger, my babies will be an assortment of rare breeds and egg layers.

(4) How did you find out about BackYardChickens.com?
I came to backyard chickens because I had some questions and google lead me here!

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I enjoy being outside, I love to workout!

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I was recently married in October 2017. I have 3 barn kitties that came with the property when we bought it and have 4 muscovy ducks! I am looking into getting a guard dog for my flock.
