Both! I can’t tolerate store bought eggs so have read a lot about tolerance to eggs from chickens raised gluten free.

I did read that gluten fragments can be in eggs. Meat was supposed to be safe.

You would need to find a feed that did not have gluten grains. You should be able to find one that is pea and or soy based that would work
