Im trying to confirm if this a pullet or cockerel the rooster do try mating but i know she or he is 3 months old and if u can help me identify the breed she has bluish whiteish legs

Looks like a cuckoo marans pullet if it's supposed to be purebred.

Not really. It really needs to be clearer.
It could be a Plymouth Barred Rock, and Dominique, a cuckoo Marans or a mixed breed.
