Welcome :welcome Glad you decided to join us! Nice picture of your chicks :) They’ll become friendlier once they get a bit older, most seem to go to a phase of being skittish and acting as if you were Godzilla.... Treats, spending time with them, letting them get comfortable will help a lot

If you had raised them yourself, they would be much friendlier. But because they are already growing up, it is natural for them to be skittish around you. I suggest you go sit with them in the coop or an enclosed area. Sit down on the floor or ground and just let them be near you. Bring goodies and hand feed them. Move slowly around them, don't try and pick them up for a while and just work with them in a quiet fashion. Eventually they will be climbing all over you.
