Hiccups, cough, sneeze? What is my young Roo doing?

Can someone tell me what my rooster is doing? He does it randomly, but seems to be doing it more now that he is having his bedtime scratch.

If there is dusty material in the scratch, he may be eating so fast that he is inhaling dust. If he only does this when he eats and not at other times, you might suspect he's just a greedy eater.

My chickens eat fermented feed which is wet. When I pour out a little dry crumbles, they all think it's a special treat and they race to see who can eat the most the fastest. This is the only time I ever hear sneezing and coughing in my flock.
