So evidently my female khaki Campbell had eggs I was in aware of deep in there nest, and I found an alert beautiful baby today.

I was wondering and wanting advice from people should I bring that baby inside or allow the mom to take care of her?

Is mom acting fine with it? if so I'd let her have it to care for. I have 4 new ones with a mom and they do so much better than us. If you have a drake though I'd give him temp quarters till ducklings are at least 3-4 weeks old. Congrats!!!

I actually just put up some temporary fencing around the nest box and the momma. The boys can still see and speak to her but can't get to her....she doesn't want anyone to touch her baby. I put food in water in there area. I'm just so worried about the little life.

Do you think any more will hatch? I know it's a worry when they are so tiny, I surely don't want to influence you in the wrong way if you feel you should remove it, I'm just thinking the duckling and of course mama will be very sad.

I would much rather leave the baby with her. It's a double edged sword, if u leave her with the momma she could get sick and due, but also if I take her inside she could get sick too and the mom would be sad. And I am going home tonight to candle the eggs she had two more hiding I think so we will see. I just worry about the little one.

Ducklings are a lot stronger than we give them credit, one of mine was grabbed by a blk snake first day mom brought them out, I found it with the snake coiled around it and I just knew it was dead, by the time I got the snake un wrapped and took care of it I wasn't even sure the lil one was still alive but it was and after spending the rest of the day and 1 night in hospital crate it was back with mom and sibs. It was a miracle. Still limps a little from where the snake grabbed it but other wise it is doing great. They are pretty tuff lil cookies even when first hatched

Most likely, she will be fine. With a first time mom, keep an eye out. Make sure the babie are eating and drinking. Make sure mom continues to care for them and doesn't lose interest. I've had a mom abandon a single hatchling but now is extremely protective of 15 babies. I've had chickens be GREAT moms for 3 weeks, then they were done. So, keep an eye on them and most likely all will be well.

What are signs I should look for in the babies to see if they need brought in?

She moved the nest to the opposite side of the box, eggs, babies and all, weird right?

Not really maybe she felt safer moving them. just make sure feed and water is close by and she'll show them where it is. It's been over 2 days since you first posted and your first lil one is still there right? sounds like mama knows what she is doing. JW gave good advise.
