Alika looked back at the frozen ground and trees. She walked onto the ice covered ground and held onto the frozen trees so she wouldn't fall. She wanted to find out what caused this.

"Are you seriously telling me this is still about capturing me?!?" One tree exploded and he dropped to the ground to avoid the frozen shards.

Rex and his team did the same. He got up and said, "No, we are beyond that. We're talking threat assessment and neutralization. You are a danger to everyone and everything."

Aaran froze and so did everything else. He stomped his foot once angrily and the ice shattered. "You can't kill me!" He said horrified,"I won't let you!" He tried to call apon his power to freeze them, but it wouldn't come. He couldn't kill someone on purpose. He looked up at them in despair,"Please I can learn to control it. Just please don't kill me." Ice started twisting around his legs again.

Aaran froze and so did everything else. He stomped his foot once angrily and the ice shattered. "You can't kill me!" He said horrified,"I won't let you!" He tried to call apon his power to freeze them, but it wouldn't come. He couldn't kill someone on purpose. He looked up at them in despair,"Please I can learn to control it. Just please don't kill me." Ice started twisting around his legs again.

She shifted back to a dove and flew a few feet away, terrified of Aaran.

Alika saw a group of people, and one seemed to have ice on him. She looked at what was going on, confused. What could create so much ice? She waited to see if one would create ice. Now she was just curious, not afraid. She hoped no one could somehow see her even though she was hiding behind a tree.

Kristen hugged him,"That isn't important. We both felt safe here so it wasn't only you. What's important is that nobody died, and nobody is hurt because of you. You saved me, and the lioness, and the boy. You probably saved the panther too. That's four people in ten minutes. There may not be "a safe place" but you certainly made it safe. If you weren't here probably someone would've died." She smiled, and brushed a kiss on his cheek.

Orson wasn't sure about that. He was distracted from Kristen, by Sergio. He looked up at Sergio's tense back. She was not in a good place right now emotionally. She was on a hair trigger and her thoughts of what she wanted to do to Nisha alarmed him. "Sergio return on to me." He demanded. As she disappeared in a blaze of light, he felt her displeasure at him having called her back. He winced as she clawed at him from within and cursed him in her native tounge. "Well, we're right back to her being angry at me." He said with a sigh, as he looked at Kristen.

"It does seem very strange, but it's nice." She said.

Keldwyn smiled pleasantly and nodded. "Yes it is nice. This whole day has been welcomed. I'm glad I met you Sirène." She said as she took a stick and flipped the frogs.

The team all jumped into the SUV and shut the doors. They watched through the windshield as the ice went up his legs.
